Meet Willie: Professional Adventure Seeker, Part-Time Overthinker

"Hi, I’m Willie! As you can plainly see, I am 100% certified Pittie goodness. I come equipped with a winning smile, excellent leash manners, a love of people, and enough enthusiasm for water to qualify as a part-time otter.

Now, let’s get something out of the way: I have a sensitive soul hidden inside this handsome, muscular package. I love adventures, but sometimes my brain likes to process all seventeen things happening at once. New places? Exciting! New sounds? Interesting! New experiences? Amazing! Also slightly terrifying for approximately 3.7 seconds.

The good news? I work through it like a champ, especially when I have a human cheering me on. I walk nicely on leash, know my obedience cues, and secretly enjoy showing off how smart I am. (Okay, not that secretly.)

My dream home? One with a family who will give me a little time to learn the ropes and figure out this whole “being a dog” thing!  I’m a friendly guy who gets along with other dogs, and I’d love a furry friend to share adventures with. 

What I really want is someone who will make me a priority. Someone who sees past the “tough guy” exterior and notices the sweet, loyal, slightly sensitive heart underneath. Give me patience, consistency, and a little encouragement, and I’ll give you a best friend who will happily join you on hikes, splash in the water, show off his training skills, and love you with everything he’s got.

So if you’re looking for a dog who’s equal parts adventure buddy, water enthusiast, obedience scholar, and oversized cuddle-worthy goofball, I might just be your guy."
