We are a non-profit 501(c) (3) animal rescue, serving North East Alabama and North West Georgia.

Summit's Sanctuary is dedicated to providing comfort, compassion, and exceptional care to animals in need while inspiring and engaging our community to ensure that no animal is ever neglected, endangered, or abandoned.

We believe every animal deserves a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where they can heal, thrive, and experience the dignity and care they deserve. Through rescue, rehabilitation, education, and advocacy, we are committed to improving the lives of vulnerable animals and helping them find permanent, loving homes.

Guided by compassion and driven by purpose, we work alongside our supporters, volunteers, and community partners to create a future where every animal is valued, protected, and given the opportunity to live a healthy and happy life.
